Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 16, 2026
Welcome to Rectfyr. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Rectfyr website and the AI dispatcher service we provide.
By accessing the website, requesting a demo, or subscribing to the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Rectfyr provides a 24/7 AI-powered voice dispatcher that answers incoming calls, triages tow requests, dispatches jobs to drivers by text with job details and Google Maps links, and syncs jobs to connected calendars and dispatch boards, along with related analytics and tools. The Service is designed primarily for towing and roadside assistance companies in the United States.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription & Payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis (currently $297 per month, subject to change). Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated by us. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or overload the Service
- Use the Service to process or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Misrepresent the AI as a human when disclosure is required by law
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the business information, scripts, and configurations you provide to the AI, and for complying with all applicable telemarketing, call-recording, and consent laws in your jurisdiction.
5. AI Limitations & Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence powered by Retell AI. While we strive for high quality, the AI may occasionally misunderstand requests, provide incomplete responses, or fail to book correctly. Rectfyr does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that every call will result in a booked appointment. The Service is provided "as is."
6. Customer Data & Call Content
You retain ownership of your business data and the data of your callers. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are the data controller for your callers' personal information; we act as a processor. Call transcripts are recorded by default through Retell AI.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Rectfyr platform, software, branding, and related materials belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our technology.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rectfyr and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rectfyr harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your configurations, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
